GLOSSARY LETTER
Managers (or Managing banks) are appointed by the Lead bank. The role of Managing banks is to help identify and organise a wider contingent of participating banks, or participants, as the final bank lenders. Some of the lending banks contributing major amounts are referred to as Co-managers. Also called Managing bank.
